Rolling Admissions
Application deadline: September 30, 2026
Applications are accepted year-round and reviewed on a rolling basis. A new application window opens at the start of each month, with a deadline on the last day of the month.

The Program Qualifying Examination is not limited to a semester or a fixed examination window.

These registrar and office dates support planning. They do not restrict when an eligible student may sit the Program Qualifying Examination.
Qualifying Examination & Result
The single degree examination is available when you are ready, while the result also recognizes documented ministry experience under the published weighting.
One Qualifying Examination
30 questions are drawn from the pathway's 70-question bank for one 60-minute Program Qualifying Examination.
Readiness-Based Access
Submit the examination when ready. If another sitting is needed, access reopens 24 hours after the previous sitting at no extra fee.
Weighted Ministry Experience
The reported result combines the qualifying examination (40%) with assessed ministry experience (60%).
Continuous Progress
A qualifying result credits the full published degree plan, with every requirement group checked in the academic ledger before degree issuance.
Seminary Observances
Administrative offices and student services are closed on the following federal holidays. The assessment portal remains accessible.
