Check the exact email address, password, account role, and browser used for sign-in.
Troubleshooting guidance for portal access, browsers, assessments, credential lookup, and card payments.
Preserve error details before changing settings or repeating a transaction. That record helps distinguish an account, browser, network, or payment issue.
Check the exact email address, password, account role, and browser used for sign-in.
Use a current browser with JavaScript, cookies, and secure local storage enabled.
Record the time, enrollment identifier, visible error, and steps that produced the problem.
Check the card details entered, the amount shown at checkout, any bank verification step, and your payment reference.
Seminary support does not need your password, full card number, card security code, one-time authentication code, or banking credentials.
Confirm that you are using the correct portal email and password. Any active student or staff account can select Forgot password on the sign-in page to receive a secure, single-use reset link. If access still cannot be restored, compose a support email with the account email and exact error, but never include a password or reset link.
Record the UTC time, enrollment identifier, question or step, browser, device, and full error message. Take a screenshot if it does not expose restricted assessment content or private data, then use the contact page to submit a tracked support request.
Check whether the checkout was completed rather than closed part-way, and whether your bank asked for a verification step that was not finished. A payment your bank shows as pending may still be authorizing. If a charge has appeared but the page has not updated after a few minutes, contact support with your payment reference and the date of the charge instead of paying again.
No response-time service level is published on this page. Send a complete request from your email application and retain a copy of the message and relevant identifiers.
Prepare a concise support email with the affected account or order reference, time, browser, device, and exact error.
