Welcome to Life Seminary. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

1. Accreditation

ICAS Accreditation

Life Seminary is institutionally accredited by the International Council for Academic Standards (ICAS) and is committed to rigorous academic quality, institutional integrity, and educational accountability.
ICAS provides international accreditation and academic quality assurance.
ICAS standards support academic governance, curriculum quality, student services, and continuous institutional improvement.
All degrees issued by Life Seminary are verifiable through our secure credential verification system.

Life Seminary operates a competency-based educational model. Assessment-based credentials recognize demonstrated knowledge and skills through documented seminary evaluation processes.

2. Services Provided

Academic Programs

Life Seminary provides competency-based theological education through the School of Theology and Ministry. Its programs unite biblical studies, Christian doctrine, spiritual formation, ministry practice, and demonstrated academic competency.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information during enrollment, including your legal name and valid email address.
Complete all required assessments honestly and without unauthorized assistance.
Accept full responsibility for maintaining the integrity of your credentials.
Not use our services for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Payment Terms

Enrollment fees are paid by debit or credit card through our payment processor, Stripe. All prices are stated and charged in USD. Card details are entered on the processor's own secure page; the seminary does not receive or store your card number.

You are responsible for reviewing the fee and description shown at checkout before authorizing the payment, and for any currency conversion or international transaction fee your bank applies. A payment is complete only after our server verifies it with the payment processor.

The published academic-service fees are:

Application: free for each submitted program application
Program assessment fee, charged once after an application is approved and covering the qualifying examination for the published degree plan, unlimited retakes, the credit record, the electronic degree, and its verification page. There is no term renewal fee, no per-examination fee, and no retake fee.
Bachelor's program: 120 credits over 33 courses — original Life Seminary tuition USD 39,900, reduced to $69 under the 2026 Life in Christ Grant($69 minimum total)
Master's program: 36 credits over 12 courses — original Life Seminary tuition USD 59,900, reduced to $99 under the 2026 Life in Christ Grant($99 minimum total)
Doctoral program: 60 credits over 20 courses — original Life Seminary tuition USD 89,900, reduced to $199 under the 2026 Life in Christ Grant($199 minimum total)
Nothing further is charged after the degree is issued. The electronic degree, the credit record, and the permanent verification page are included in the program fee.
Credentials are electronic records available through their secure verification and student-portal pages.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Life Seminary and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Credential Verification

All degrees issued by Life Seminary include a unique verification ID that can be used to verify the authenticity of the credential through our public verification system. Employers and institutions may verify credentials at any time using this system.

We reserve the right to revoke any credential if we determine that the credential holder has violated these Terms or engaged in academic dishonesty. Revoked credentials will be marked as such on our verification system.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Life Seminary SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You acknowledge that Life Seminary is accredited by ICAS and provides competency-based education with permanent credential verification.
