Payment Information
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number, expiry date, and security code are entered on Stripe's own page and are never sent to, or stored by, the seminary. We store the amount, currency, order reference, and the identifiers Stripe returns for the payment, along with the email address used at checkout, so we can reconcile enrollment and prevent duplicate fulfillment.
Academic Records
We maintain records of your selected major, degree type, school, assessment completion, and degree issuance date. These records are necessary to verify your credentials and maintain the integrity of our certification system.
Technical Information
We automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. This information helps us improve our services and ensure security.

Degree Issuance
Your personal information is used to create and issue your degree credential, including generating your unique verification URL and digital diploma.

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Cloudflare, utilizing industry-standard encryption and security measures. We employ HTTPS encryption for all data transmission.

We retain your degree records indefinitely to ensure permanent verification capability. You may request deletion of your personal data, though this may affect the verifiability of your credential.

4. Third-Party Services
Stripe
We use Stripe to collect and process fee payments. When you pay, Stripe receives your card details, billing information, email address, and technical data such as your IP address, and processes them as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We send Stripe the fee amount, a description of what is being paid for, and our own payment reference. We receive back the payment status and identifiers, but never your full card number.
Resend
We use Resend for email delivery services. Your email address and name are shared with Resend solely for the purpose of delivering your degree confirmation and related communications.
Cloudflare
